    Our Founder

    Meet Gleisson, the founder and Head Engineer of HOA Drawings. After graduating with a degree in Design and Mechanical Engineering from Bournemouth University in the UK, he has gone on to work in a variety of industries in a multitude of diverse projects such as wagon building, custom furniture design and installation, staircase maunfacturing, and many more.


    "I noticed a gap in the market for no-obligation technical drawings after being approached by a slew of potential customers requesting paperwork they could submit to their Home Owners Association. They did not want to sign a contract for the full project before being certain they could go ahead. 

    So I started HOA Drawings to fill the gap and help customers cut out on the design, material, and installation markups applied when using bundle services. This way they can be more in control of their budget in every aspect of the project."  — Gleisson Oliveira
